- Dispatch Time: In-stock items ship in 1–7 business days. Pre-orders ship once available (combined shipments wait for pre-orders).
- Estimated Transit:Standard: 7–14 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–30 business days
- Oversized Plush (Sea Freight): 20–30 business days
- Vacuum Packaging: Plush toys 25 cm or larger are vacuum-compressed to save space during transit. They will naturally fluff back to form once opened!
- Taxes & Customs: Product prices include taxes/VAT. EU orders will show a €3 EU customs duty at checkout. Other international orders may incur local customs duties upon delivery.
- Damaged or Missing Items? Contact us at support@chiikawahub.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos/unboxing video.
(We ship worldwide from Japan, Hong Kong, and China. We cannot deliver to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.)

Before You Place a Pre-order
Pre-order items are reserved specially for you and will be dispatched once they arrive at Chiikawa Hub. Product photos are illustrative; final packaging, colours, and designs may vary slightly. Release schedules are supplied by the manufacturer and can change.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we secure stock with our suppliers after an order is placed, pre-orders are normally final. If you need to cancel, we may be able to help, but a 30% cancellation charge will be deducted from the item’s price.
If the manufacturer cancels an item, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method. If the estimated release date moves by more than six months, you may also cancel for a full refund without any fee.
What happens if stock is limited?
Occasionally, a supplier may allocate fewer units than expected. In that case, we will process reservations in the order they were received, generally limited to one per customer. If we cannot secure your item, we will refund you in full.
Returns for specially sourced items
Some orders are sourced specifically to match your request and cannot easily be returned to the supplier. Returns or exchanges may therefore not be available for:
- Orders containing more than two of the same item
- Individual items priced over USD $80
