Pre-order Terms & Conditions

Before You Place a Pre-order

Pre-order items are reserved specially for you and will be dispatched once they arrive at Chiikawa Hub. Product photos are illustrative; final packaging, colours, and designs may vary slightly. Release schedules are supplied by the manufacturer and can change.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we secure stock with our suppliers after an order is placed, pre-orders are normally final. If you need to cancel, we may be able to help, but a 30% cancellation charge will be deducted from the item’s price.

If the manufacturer cancels an item, you will receive a full refund through your original payment method. If the estimated release date moves by more than six months, you may also cancel for a full refund without any fee.

What happens if stock is limited?

Occasionally, a supplier may allocate fewer units than expected. In that case, we will process reservations in the order they were received, generally limited to one per customer. If we cannot secure your item, we will refund you in full.

Returns for specially sourced items

Some orders are sourced specifically to match your request and cannot easily be returned to the supplier. Returns or exchanges may therefore not be available for:

  • Orders containing more than two of the same item
  • Individual items priced over USD $80

Please get in touch before ordering if you would like us to confirm whether an item is eligible for return or exchange.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For more help, please refer to our Pre-order Q&A.
